Well, my consultant finally sent a referral to the Hammersmith last Wednesday and they rang me this morning with an appointment for first thing on Monday 28th May. I knew this was coming but nonetheless I am feeling very scared and anxious about it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect, how long I'm likely to be there, also do I get told whether I do have pulmonary hypertension that day etc. I was also wondering about best way of getting there or if its best to stay nearby the night before. I did think about driving but as I will be on my own I'm not sure that's a good idea!

Thanks for taking the time to listen to me.

Magsxx
