I think the point is that its people who are ill or know what it is to suffer seem to  be more willing than others to help people. I think people are more selfish than they were. I remember a time when you looked out for your neighbour and helped them when they were in need that very seldom happens now. I also think when you know what it is to suffer and be ill it does make you more understanding about what others are going through and makes you want to help them. people have changed over the years and sadly not for the better.
Today may have been bad but tomorrow could be a whole lot better.

Well said Stella - so very true.  Having said that, I have found most people to be very helpful and caring;  you get the odd oiks, who inspire rage and rants, but the majority do make up for it.

Hi Sue,
Thank's, I know we would have a good laugh whilst collecting the blue lips and signatures. I went to churchh and collected a few today when it was finished. Not many volunteered to get involved! I did get a few though.

Lucinda, I spoke to the PHA office today who i know have made a few phone calls....they spoke of a couple of ladies who were trying to contact you...I remembered the colledge family live in Kent..so I've asked the office if they'd get in touch with them...

I have 6 members of my team on holiday/away working that week..including myself on assignment in manchester ..or I'd have been down there like a shot..I'm trying to re-arrange a few things so that Liz from my office can come and help on the 12th/13th....

Wow.  That's brilliant Lulu.  You must have worked so hard for all those kisses.  Great effort.
