Make a donation

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA UK) accepts donations over the phone, mobile, online (via PayPal) or by post.

Over the phone

We can accept single donations using your credit or debit card over the phone by calling the office on 01709 761450.

Via your mobile phone

You can donate using your mobile phone the via JustTextGiving service. Simply text our unique ID 'EMPH12' and the amount you wish to donate to 70070. eg. EMPH12 £10

Online donations

You can make single or monthly donations to the PHA UK via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set one up. This is very simple to do. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal website.

Making a PayPal payment

If you are a UK taxpayer Gift Aid declaration allows us to reclaim 25p for every £1.00 you give, at no extra cost to yourself.

Single donation

I wish to give a one-time donation of: £ Gift Aid declaration: I pay tax at the standard rate I am not a tax payer

I want the Charity to treat all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise as Gift Aid donations. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the Charity reclaims on your donations in the tax year. (Currently 25p for each pound you give).

Donating by post

If you would like to donate by post, you can send a cheque, made payable to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association Ltd, or fill out our Regular donation campaign form.

If you are a UK taxpayer, make sure you fill out the Gift Aid declaration form and return it to us, with your cheque.
