Why we need your support

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA UK) is the only charity in the UK especially for people affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH). PH is very rare, with approximately 6000–8000 people in the UK living with the condition. Awareness of PH is low and many people remain undiagnosed for years after they start getting symptoms.

The PHA UK aim to:

  • Raise awareness of PH among the general public and healthcare professionals
  • Provide research and educational grants to healthcare professionals
  • Campaign on issues relevant to people affected by PH

Without your help, we would not be able to achieve these aims.
