PHA-UK Fundraising Event - Tough Guy Nettle Warriors

What’s it all about?

Russell and Gary Dean along with 8 workmates will be entering this years 'Tough Guy Nettle Warrior' event to help raise funds for PHA-UK. The Tough Guy is essentially an 8 mile obstacle course. They'll be crawling under barbed wire, wading through icy water, running through blazing fires, negotiating heights, worming through tunnels (including an underwater one) getting electrocuted and generally getting wet, muddy, burnt and absolutely drained of every ounce of energy they lay claim to.
