The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA UK) publishes a number of free information booklets, CDs and DVDs for people affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH). More information about our publications can be found in the Our publications section.

Please fill in the form below to receive any of the items listed. To cover postage and packaging we request a minimum donation of £1.00 per item or a total of £2.99 for three or more items.
